Notting Hill Carnival is finally back after a 2-year hiatus due to covid-19. The Carnival to celebrate Caribbean Culture will start August Bank Holiday Weekend on a 3-day bender starting from Saturday 27th and ending Monday 29th.

There will be a variety of stalls with delicious food from Yard ranging from Patties, Jerk Chicken, Curry Goat, Rice and Peas and more! Not only that but the bright colorful costumes will make a statement this year without doubt! This is Europe's biggest carnival parade, where participants will be flying out from The Netherlands, Canada, Bahamas for this one weekend! Mas bands will be playing Soca music from all over the islands (including countries like Trinidad & Tobago, Grenada & St Lucia) as well as dancehall, amapiano, afrobeats, house, garage and other popular genres.

If following the route with the mas bands is not for you, there are plenty of sound systems scattered around the West London area to vibe to!

Nottinghill Carnival has taken over West London’s streets since 1966 and has not lost the hype after generations of West Indians.
