Travelling through an airport can be a drag so here are some tips:

1. Booking a morning flight. This is something I don’t love doing but however it can be the safer option when flying. If your flight is time sensitive (i.e., you are on a connecting flight) or you are a stressful traveler then booking that morning flight will always be better. This is because sometimes flights are cancelled due to bad weather or a mess up at the airport you are trying to fly to etc., So most likely if your flight is cancelled the airline will put you on a later flight rather than if you booked a night flight and had to stay at an airport hotel or sleep in the airport for the night. 2. Budgeting, if you are trying to travel on a budget then it would be best if you packed light. A Lot of the cheaper airlines I.e., Ryanair and EasyJet most of the time have a base set fare that includes only a personal item that can fit under the seat In front of you. This doesn’t give you a lot to work with but if you can pull it off then you will be travelling a lot cheaper. 3. Check in online so you don’t have to when you get to the airport, this will save you a lot more time. Then you are going to want to download all the forms on to your phone, so you have them ready for immigration or security. Also, if you have an iPhone, you can store your flight ticket in your wallet so that you won’t lose it and its very easy to access just double click the off button on your iPhone and it will appear. Furthermore, download the airlines app on your phone most of the airlines will have an app that can keep you updated on your flight.

4. #Packing, Bring a water bottle from home. Many airports have water fountains stationed around the entirety of the airport so you should be able to fill up water that easily. This saves you buying an overpriced bottle of water at an airport store and as a bonus it does help the environment by using fewer plastic bottles. 5. #Luggage, buy an easily identifiable suitcase so that you will know straight away which one is yours. If you don’t want to buy a new suitcase that’s fine, because what you can do is maybe add a few stickers or a ribbon on the suitcase’s handle, so you know which one is yours. By putting a tag on your bag, an airline can find it a lot easier because you can put your information on a little card inside the tag (mainly helps if your bag has not arrived at the bag drop).

Travelling doesn’t have to be horrible if you plan ahead!
